The Spine

Planteringen lies in southern Helsingborg and, despite its proximity to the central railway station, has yet to become an integrated part of the city centre. Its location near both the centre and Campus Helsingborg offers the potential to develop into an attractive neighbourhood.

The aim is to draw students to the area and establish a new student district, while improving quality of life for existing residents. The concept's central spine is a long, plaza-like street that brings together greenery, public amenities and inviting routes — strengthening the connection between Helsingborg Central Station to the north and Ramlösa Station to the south.
